Enexis has a huge application and data landscape that is used by thousands of colleagues and partners such as contractors every day. Identity and Access Management is the means we use to verify who you are and what you are allowed to do at our company. Think of it as the digital doorman who checks whether a user is who the user claims to be, and who checks whether you have access to applications or data and what specific rights you have to perform actions. Our goal is a stable, reliable and user-friendly IAM/IGA platform so that our users are up and running in a day.

• As a trainee IAM/IGA engineer, you will be trained in all aspects of our platform:
• We teach you the fundamentals of IAM within the world of cybersecurity.
• You will learn everything about IAM processes in Microsoft Entra ID.
• You will learn to administrate Omada, the portal where people can request application rights for new colleagues, for example.
• You will learn how to set up, maintain, improve and automate (via configuration or via code using PowerShell or Python) user and access management, self-service, workflows and reports.
• You will develop yourself in the field of links and integrations based on REST and SCIM.
• Automation, governance, security and quality are the pillars of your field.

You take on challenges with ...

During the traineeship, you will discover which team (IAM, IGA, security or Infra) best suits your talents. You are already working in the team while you are getting your training, so you can quickly pick up things and make an impact. You will develop technically and personally: in addition to intensive technical training, you will start a development process aimed at your personal growth in the first six months together with other Young Professionals at Enexis. This way you get to know the organization, build a valuable network and give your career a kick-start.

You will join a team of diverse professionals: people from whom you can learn a lot and where there is also room for fun. You will work together in Zwolle and the training sessions will also take place in Den Bosch.

What We Expect from You

We are looking for an ambitious all-round IT talent who wants to develop further. We provide a thorough education, and if you already have experience, that's a plus:

• You have already extensively researched what IAM/IGA is exactly.
• You are interested in cybersecurity.
• You like to figure things out, talk to the end users and you also want to build the solutions yourself.
• You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• You have a recently completed HBO/WO (Bachelor’s degree) education in a relevant field.
• You must already hold a valid working visa for and already live in the Netherlands.
• Analytical skills, creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, cooperation and team spirit.
• Eagerness to learn and ambition to grow in the data world.

For this position is it important that you already live and work in the Netherlands. Full remote work is not possible.

• Salary between €3,587 and €5,124 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can reach up to €6,595 gross per month.

• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th-month payment of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can flexibly use this or have it paid out monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days with full-time employment. Need more time to recharge? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 additional leave days.
• Opportunities to work from home, including a home office setup and an allowance of €2.40 per day.
• Laptop or tablet and phone that you can also use privately.
• Travel allowance and a first-class public transport subscription for business use.
• Vitality budget of €500 for, for example, a gym membership.
