    • As a Treasury Analyst, you play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing all treasury processes, ranging from financing activities to energy procurement. This is a broad role within the treasury function, allowing you to make a direct contribution to the energy transition.

    How you approach it

    As a Treasury Analyst, you support the treasury team in its continuously expanding range of responsibilities. You work closely with the team, are managed on a daily basis by a Treasury Manager, and formally report to the Head of Treasury.

    This position offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid working model. Two days a week, you will collaborate onsite with your colleagues at our headquarters in Den Bosch. On the remaining days, you have the flexibility to work from home. To be successful in this role, you are fluent in English and/or Dutch and currently reside in the Netherlands.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Executing and optimizing treasury operations and supporting financing activities such as bond issuances, credit ratings, and investor presentations.
    • Contributing to the procurement of energy on the wholesale market as a result of grid losses together with a colleague. This requires collaboration within a specialized field and a strong ability to continuously align steps and actions.
    • Analyzing financial risks, proposing risk‑mitigating measures, and implementing these measures. Periodically preparing and improving treasury reporting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly explain complex topics are essential.
    • Performing scenario analyses for the department and playing an active role in the long‑term forecasting process from a treasury perspective. This process requires close collaboration with colleagues, including those from other departments.
    • Determining the WACC for Enexis’ various activities and sharing interest rate projections with the Control department. Accuracy and well‑structured processes are essential for this responsibility.
  • How you approach it

    You hold a completed university degree in (Business) Economics, Financial Economics or a related field. You already have several years of relevant work experience, preferably within Treasury, Corporate Finance or Financial Risk Management. You are a strong communicator and are able to convey complex treasury‑related topics clearly, in a structured manner and convincingly to a wide range of stakeholders. You actively build and maintain a strong internal and external network. Working under pressure and dealing with high expectations do not pose any challenges for you.

    The treasury department within Enexis consists of six people and has a broad scope of responsibilities. The atmosphere is informal, friendly, and positive. In addition to the treasury tasks mentioned above, the team is also responsible for insurance, credit ratings, ESG ratings, and investor relations. You will also be involved in these activities.

    The aim is for the analyst to develop quickly and contribute to other areas within the treasury department. In the longer term, growth opportunities within Enexis can be discussed.

    • Salary: between €4,856 and €6,937 gross per month (based on a 40‑hour workweek).
    • Including secondary benefits, your total monthly compensation can rise to €8,928 gross. You receive an additional 28.7% on top of your base salary (8% holiday allowance, a 13th month of 10.7%, and a personal budget of 10%). You may choose to have this paid out or use it to purchase additional leave.
    • 24.5 vacation days with a full‑time contract. Need more time to recharge? Using your personal budget and 13th month, you can purchase up to 35.5 additional vacation days per year.
    • Opportunities for hybrid working, including a fully equipped home office and a home‑working allowance of €2.45 net per day.
    • A 70% employer contribution to your ABP flexible pension scheme: Enexis pays two‑thirds of the premium, you contribute one‑third.
    • A €700 gross annual vitality budget, which you can use for a gym membership, hobbies, or making your home more sustainable. You may also save this up to €2,100 for study costs or repayment of student loans.
