  • Recharge

    Holiday and leave

    Need a holiday to recharge? With us, you get 24.5 holiday days when employed full-time, and you can use your personal budget and 13th month to buy an additional 35.5 days of leave. Prefer extra money? You can also choose to have your personal budget paid monthly or annually. You can also combine both options. And if that wasn't enough, everyone also gets 8% holiday pay on their gross annual salary. Growing family?  During your child's first year of life, you will be paid 70% of your daily wage for 9 weeks, and you can also take additional parental leave after that.

  • Travel allowance or a lease car

    Whether you travel to work by bike, car or public transport, at Enexis you get a travel allowance and a mobility card with a 1st class public transport season ticket for business use. We also have a special bike plan to encourage you to cycle more often. And if you’re a technician or foreman, you get your own company vehicle with all the required materials, plus a fieldwork allowance of €80 per month. So you always have everything at hand for a coffee or lunch to go!

  • Pension

    At Enexis, you are not only contributing to a better world, but also building your own future. That is because we contribute 70% to your ABP Choice Pension.

    Stay active!

    You are given an annual vitality budget of €500 to spend on gym membership or yoga classes, for example.
