What we offer in a nutshell

Everything you need to do your job wel - at home and on site

  • Homeworking allowance

    You receive a net allowance of €2.45 for each day you work from home.

  • At Enexis, you receive a laptop and smartphone-essential tools to do your job well. If required for your role, you will also receive a tablet. Even better: you may also use these devices for personal purposes. This saves you on your own subscription fees.

  • Emergency leave: you are entitled to leave on the day of the birth and the day after.

    Birth leave: one working week of leave, to be taken within four weeks of the birth. During this week we continue to pay your salary in full.

    Additional birth leave: you can take up to five times your weekly working hours as extra leave. You can spread this over up to six months after the birth. You will receive a benefit from the UWV (Dutch social security agency), which Enexis tops up to 100% of your salary.

Transport

You decide how to travel on each working day—by train or by your own transport. Combined with the option to work from home, you can always choose what works best for you.

  • Personal mobility card

    You receive a personal mobility card from Reisbalans. This allows you to travel first class on public transport and use the OV-fiets (public transport rental bike).

  • If you travel using your own transport, you will receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for all home‑to‑work commuting kilometres. For business trips, the allowance is €0.33 per kilometre. These allowances also apply if you travel by bicycle to or for Enexis.

  • Do you work in field service? We will provide a company car or van equipped with all necessary materials. If your role requires extensive travel, you may also be eligible for a lease car.

  • If  you do not have a lease car and cycle to or for Enexis on at least 50% of your working days, you can purchase a bicycle once every three calendar years on a tax-advantaged basis up to €1,500 (including VAT). In addition, you can claim up to €250 towards bicycle insurance.

Enexis Collective Labour Agreement (CLA)

In the Enexis CLA you will find agreements on pay, allowances, working hours, overtime, vacation and pension.
