Als Junior Mendix Developer werk je aan de ontwikkeling van applicaties die essentieel zijn voor de ondersteuning van onze energie-infrastructuur. Je vertaalt de behoeften van de organisatie naar effectieve Mendix-oplossingen. Dit omvat zowel de ontwikkeling van nieuwe toepassingen als het onderhoud van het Mendix-platform.
Met ons opleidingsplan voor Junior Mendix Developer zorgen we ervoor dat je goed voorbereid bent op deze verantwoordelijke functie. Of je nu al ervaring hebt of niet, wij bieden passende opleidingsmodules. Naast de inhoudelijke trainingen binnen je afdeling neem je in het eerste half jaar van je dienstverband deel aan trainingen gericht op persoonlijke ontwikkeling, samen met andere Young Professionals binnen Enexis. Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Inspireren en betrekken van collega's bij Mendix-ontwikkelingen.
- Actieve deelname aan het lerende en innovatieve karakter van het team.
- Leid de organisatie en het team in het verbeteren van kwaliteit, codeconventies en testmanagement.
- Ondersteun de architect bij de voortdurende ontwikkeling en integratie van het Mendix-platform.

As a Mendix Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Mendix platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into functional applications. Your technical expertise in Mendix and your ability to write custom logic will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions. If you're passionate about low-code development and have a knack for problem-solving, we would love to have you on our team.
As a Junior Mendix Developer, you will work on developing applications that are essential for supporting our energy infrastructure. You will translate the needs of the organization into effective Mendix solutions, including both new application development and maintenance of the Mendix platform.
With our training plan for Junior Mendix Developers, we ensure that you are well-prepared for this responsible role. Whether you already have experience or not, we offer suitable training modules.
In addition to content-specific training within your department, you will participate in personal development training during the first six months of your employment, alongside other Young Professionals at Enexis. - Inspire and engage colleagues in Mendix developments.
- Actively participate in the team's learning and innovative nature.
- Lead the organization and team in improving quality, code conventions, security and test management.
- Support the architect in the continuous development and integration of the Mendix platform.
- Ask the right questions and have a critical analytical perspective to arrive at the best solutions.
- Learn and work within the training plan for Young Professionals.
You'll Work With
Your colleagues from the ICT department. Here, you will form a team with colleagues you work closely with. We work in an Agile manner in a SAFe context and maintain close contacts with other teams and disciplines.

For this position is it important that you already live and work in the Netherlands. Full remote work is not possible.

- Salary between € 3.415 and € 4.878 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can reach up to € 6.278,- gross per month.
- 70% contribution to your ABP Choice Pension.
- Personal budget of 10% plus a 13th-month payment of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can flexibly spend this or have it paid out monthly or annually.
- 24.5 vacation days with full-time employment. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 additional leave days.
- Opportunities to work from home, including a home office setup and home office allowance.
- Laptop or tablet and phone that you can use privately.
